If, after a minimum of 21 nights, you find that you cannot adjust to your new mattress, you will be allowed a ONE TIME reselection of a mattress of equal value, so long as your transaction is completed before the 120th night. You will be credited your purchase price less a 20% disposal fee (maximum of $500) towards your new mattress. We do not exchange pillows, mattress protectors, sheets, special orders, floor models, adjustable bases or clearance items. These items do not qualify for our 120 night guarantee.
If it's been eight years, it's time to replace your mattress! Beds can double their weight with bed mite dust. Keep your mattress clean! The best way to keep your mattress clean is to purchase a mattress protector. Every mattress needs protection from allergens and dust as well as stains, protection that an ordinary mattress pad may not provide. If your mattress becomes stained it will void the manufacturer's warranty as well as our comfort guarantee.

However, Mattress & More is bound by the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. Expect your new mattress to develop indentations during the first several weeks of use. These are normal and indentations up to 1.5 inches are not a warranty concern.
Bed frames play an important part in the performance of your new bedding. Queen and King sizes require a center support with legs touching the ground. Your warranty also requires than an adequate foundation be used with your new mattress.
