Special Orders
A minimum of 20% down payment is required on all special orders. Special orders are non-cancellable and do not qualify for comfort exchanges or refunds.
All Sales Are FinalWe do not exchange pillows, mattress protectors, sheets, special orders, floor models, adjustable bases or clearance items.
Refund PolicyOnce the sale has been made, no refund can be made. However, under certain circumstances, you will be issued a credit towards reselection.
Layaway PolicyIf you have elected to purchase under our free layaway plan, the payment terms are printed on your invoice. If the mattress you selected is no longer available, we will substitute another mattress set of equal value. We do not make refunds of layaway deposits or payments.
