We offer a 365 day return policy at our discretion for all items purchased in-store or online with some exceptions *.
Rest easy with our 365-night comfort guarantee. Because it takes time for your body to adjust to a new mattress with proper support, you must sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights. If you can't adjust to it, just let us know and you can exchange it for a different mattress of equal or greater value.
*All Mattress in a Box items can be returned in-store for a full refund or store credit up to 60 days from the date of delivery though we ask that you keep the mattress for a minimum of 30 days as it can take this long for your body to adjust to a new mattress. If you are not located near a store and as we are not able to take back bed in a box items, we will help arrange donation to a local charity or homeless shelter and provide a full refund. Does not apply to adjustable bases, floor models, clearance items, special purchases, mattress protectors, accessories, pillows, warranty exchanges, promotional items, door busters or discontinued merchandise. Some fees and restrictions may apply.
We are unable to exchange or refund stained, unsanitary or damaged mattresses. We highly recommend using a waterproof mattress protector to help keep your new mattress clean. In addition, we recommend keeping all original tags on your mattress. Removal of the law tag will void the 365-night comfort guarantee. See store for complete details.

Delivery: We are able to deliver within 100 miles of your local store. All deliveries are arranged through your local store by third-party delivery services.
Pick-up: Choose store pick-up when placing your online order and select your local store. We will call you directly when your order is ready to arrange a pick-up time.

If you haven't received your confirmation email within 10 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk filters first. At Mattress and More, we want you be confident in your purchase that you are getting the lowest price. If you find the same or comparable mattress set for less than your purchase price, bring in the advertisement or invoice and we will beat the price by 120% of the difference, or your mattress set is FREE. We will gladly credit your account or mail a refund check for the price adjustment. We shop our competition weekly to ensure we offer the lowest prices in the market! Mattress & More low price guarantee does not apply to floor models, manufactures rollbacks, clearance items, special purchases, promotional items, door busters or discontinued merchandise. Mattress and More is here to assist you with your warranty claim, and to help simplify the manufacturer’s warranty process. Mattress and More is contractually obligated to follow the manufacturer’s warranty parameters and will only honor warranties that fall within the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines on products purchased from Mattress and More.
