Returns and Warranty


We offer a 7 day return policy at our discretion for all items purchased in-store or online with the exception of Mattress in a Box items.

*All Mattress in a Box items can be returned in-store for a full refund or store credit up to 60 days from the date of delivery though we ask that you keep the mattress for a minimum of 30 days as it can take this long for your body to adjust to a new mattress. If you are not located near a store and as we are not able to take back bed in a box items, we will help arrange donation to a local charity or homeless shelter and provide a full refund. Does not apply to adjustable bases, floor models, clearance items, special purchases, mattress protectors, accessories, pillows, warranty exchanges, promotional items, door busters or discontinued merchandise. Some fees and restrictions may apply.

We are unable to exchange or refund stained, unsanitary or damaged mattresses. We highly recommend using a waterproof mattress protector to help keep your new mattress clean. In addition, we recommend keeping all original tags on your mattress. Removal of the law tag will void any warranty. See store for complete details.

FFO Home is here to assist you with your warranty claim, and to help simplify the manufacturer’s warranty process. FFO Home is contractually obligated to follow the manufacturer’s warranty parameters and will only honor warranties that fall within the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines on products purchased from Mattress and More.

Warranty Claims on TEMPURPEDIC, and LEGGETT & PLATT, are handled directly through the manufacturer. Please contact them direct on all warranty claims

Warranty Service Request

Before we can start the warranty process you will need the following:

  • Do you have a copy of your original sales invoice? (You will need to submit a copy of your original invoice with your warranty packet)
  • Is your Mattress set free of stains? (any type of stains void the manufactures mattress warranty)

Print the Warranty Service Procedures paperwork if you answered yes to both of the above questions.
